We are seeking a talented and creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through content marketing, social media, and event planning. This individual should be interested in developing b2b and b2c relationships with our clients, vendors, other real estate agents, investors, developers, and government officials through networking and social events.
The Marketing and Social Media Intern will be tasked with advancing the community and customer experience through online and traditional marketing. This Intern position offers experience in maintaining our brand and making our name prominent in the community. This position requires interaction with customer service, operations, and sales teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand.
Applicants should have a passion for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, event planning, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand stewardship.
This Internship offers experience in engaging stakeholders with quality content, creating content delivery plans, and maintaining consistent, brand-appropriate content as well as administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising.
Tasks
·        Website management including written and digital content, redesign as needed, SEO development and tracking analytics
·        Creates, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials and advertising campaigns
·        Ensures that company messages and materials are accurate and consistent
·        Event Planning/Coordination
·        Create and manage social content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and YouTube.
·        Effectively market commercial and residential real estate listings
·        Graphic Design and Photo Editing
·        Planning and executing marketing activities for Email marketing, Database marketing, and Video marketing
Qualifications
·        Working towards a Degree in Marketing or related field preferred
·        Understanding social media management and content writing
·        Real Estate knowledge and interest
·        Event planning experience preferred
·        Understands basic principles of web design (i.e. HTML, CSS)
·        Has expertise in maintaining a WordPress website
·        Has firm understanding of Photoshop, including photo editing, working in layers, combining photos, graphic, and word content to create effective print and digital marketing materials
