Tony’s love for real estate began over 30 years ago when he and a friend flipped their first foreclosure property.
Years later, in 2004, after taking some time off from running his own Marketing and Sign Manufacturing Company to renovate his father’s house on the island of Maui, Hawaii, Tony was recruited back to Atlanta to become the Operations Manager for HisLand & Properties Inc. where he oversaw all the renovations of its client’s foreclosure properties.
In 2005, Tony formed Morris & Associates Consulting Inc., a real estate consulting firm. As a result of his rapidly growing success, Tony was hired in 2005 as the Atlanta Asset Manager for Blue Moon Capital, LLC., a large Denver Colorado based Money Management Firm to oversee the acquisition, renovation and disposition of all its Atlanta real estate portfolio.
In 2007, Tony acquired his real estate license and went to work for Harry Norman, REALTORS®, a member of HomeServices of America, Inc.® a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, where he specialized in luxury and investment properties from 2007 to 2011.
In 2009, while still with Harry Norman REALTORS®, Tony was asked to serve as the Executive Director of Real Estate Acquisitions and Business Development for Vision Investment Development, LLC., an Atlanta based real estate venture capital company.
Then in 2011, Tony switched his real estate license to Cone Middour Partners, LLC., a commercial real estate brokerage firm, where he began to develop his commercial real estate experience and expertise.
In January 2013, Tony joined Keller Williams Realty where he has flourished and has held such distinctions as the 2013 and 2014 Commercial Real Estate Director for KW Cityside and the 2016 #1 Individual Agent and #1 Commercial Agent for KW Signature Partners.
In 2017, Tony built a successful real estate team and developed The Meridian Real Estate Group which has fast become a benchmark in the industry by providing its commercial, residential, luxury, and investor clients exceptional service, in-depth market analysis, and top-tier marketing. The Meridian Real Estate Group is driven by a deep desire to help its clients build wealth and a legacy through real estate.
In 2021, Tony co-founded Legacy Real Estate Ventures (LREV), a real estate investment firm that specializes in acquiring off-market commercial properties such as multi-family, medical office, self-storage and RV parks, as well as residential and commercial land development projects, for the purpose of either wholesaling, flipping, or holding them long-term.
Tony is an avid fisherman, outdoor enthusiast, movie lover, husband and the proud father of a beautiful girl.
